- Each individual may open one account only
- The name, mobile number, and other details provided on your account must be accurate
- Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility
- Your account may not be shared with or transferred to another person
- Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to us immediately
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
R77 reserves the right to verify the identity of its members. For large withdrawals or security purposes, a copy of a national ID, driving licence, or passport may be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner may result in withdrawal being placed on hold.
Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
- All deposits are processed in BDT
- Depositing using another person's payment method is prohibited
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawal processing time: up to 15 minutes (under normal circumstances)
- The withdrawal account must match the deposit account
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

- In Live Betting, if odds differ due to internet latency, r77's decision is final

- Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software is strictly prohibited
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised advantages is strictly prohibited
- Arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit strategies are prohibited

- A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit
- A minimum 5x (five-times) wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn

- Maximum stake per bet using bonus balance: ৳5,000
6.2 General Bonus Terms & Conditions
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
